So.. I just got back from SCA Barista Bootcamp (sponsored by MARA) where i take my SCA skills foundation. Only for 2 weeks. Quite short but very packed i would say..
What did I learned there?
Basically... Everything about coffee.. From how they plant the coffee tree itself, how they harvest it, how they process the coffee cherry, roasting and grinding the bean, and finally extracting the espresso. Complete from A to Z about basic coffee that a normal person (who love coffee) need to know. If you insist to know more in depth about coffee, then you have to proceed with intermediate and professional lah. Me personally, i really want to know more if i got the opportunity. But for now.. Maybe ada foundation saja pun dah okay :) But i have to cepat-cepat cari kerja. The skills will faded if i didn't practice it enough.
Now memang tengah struggle.. Nak kerja yang macam mana.. Nak buat apa for future.. Confusing sangat sangat sangat. The clock is ticking. Umur makin banyak bukannya makin muda :( i need to settle down cepat-cepat.. Hmmmm...
